Arrange the steaks in a tray, smear with a little oil, sprinkle with paprika and smear well everywhere. Put in the tray in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
To the milk add a little salt and black pepper, stir well. Once the steaks crisp a bit, pour on the milk and return to the oven.

Wash the potatoes without peeling them.
Fry in a deep fryer, then put in a tray, pour on the melted butter, stir with the dill and garlic and bake briefly in the oven.
