How to cook
Wash and chop the zucchini into small cubes, without peeling the rinds.
Stir all the ingredients well and season with the spices. Pour in 1/3 cup water and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven about 45 min.
For the topping, beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sour cream and flour. Season with salt to taste. Stir to a homogeneous mixture.
Once the moussaka is ready, distribute the topping on evenly. Place the moussaka in the oven again to bake to a nice crisp.
