Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tablespoon dried
  • oregano - 1 tablespoon
  • marjoram - 1 tablespoon
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • garlic - 5 - 6 cloves

Preparation

Mash the spices and garlic in a mortar and pestle. Add the vinegar and water. Stir the marinade well.

Cut the pork ribs into medium-sized pieces and smear them with the marinade well. Transfer to a bowl and cover with foil. Leave in the fridge for a few hours.

An hour before grilling, take out of the fridge. Heat the barbecue well and smear it with a little oil. Salt the ribs a bit more if needed and grill until ready.find similar recipes here
