Beat the eggs with the sugar. Best to use a mixer but you can do it by hand too.
To the beaten products add the water, stir and add the flour little by little, to avoid lumps.
Finally add the milk and salt and stir everything again.
Melt part of the butter in a heated pan and pour a ladle of the pancake mixture in it.
Once the edges unstick slightly from the pan, flip the pancake over.
