How to cook
Wash and dry the steaks well, tenderize them lightly on both sides with a mallet. Place them in a bowl and add the pre-mixed together and well stirred products for the marinade.
Rub each steak well with it 1 by 1 and leave for 30 min. in a cool area.
In the meantime, wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, peel the carrots and cut into quarters, then into shorter pieces. Pour oil and spread out at bottom of a tray, arrange the drained of marinade steaks, pack them tightly after rolling in the flour.
In the remaining marinade add the chopped vegetables and roll them well in it, distribute evenly over the steaks.
I didn't add any salt, I feel there's plenty in the vegetable spice and the soy sauce but it's a matter of taste. Add some if you wish.
Wrap the tray tightly with aluminum foil and place in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven, bake about 60 min.
Take tray out and leave covered with the foil as is for another 10 min. Serve.
