How to cook
Sieve the flour, then make a well in the middle, add the eggs and the yoghurt in which you've put the baking soda. Add the other products and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Once ready, leave it for 10 minutes to 'rise'.
Finally, cut out various shapes with a sharp knife and fry them in very hot oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with jam if desired.
