How to cook
Pour oil into a deep pan, heat it up, add the chopped pieces of meat, sprinkle a little salt and black pepper. Stir everything and put a lid over the pan.
Once the meat is braised a bit, add the garlic and onions, and a little later the peppers and mushrooms. Let the dish cook under the lid, stirring periodically.
Once the veggies soften, season with paprika, black pepper, savory.
Add the tomatoes and stir again.
Lower the stove and cook the korma until the the water evaporates and it's left in just oil.
Serve with finely chopped fresh parsley.
