Wash and chop the cabbage finely. Cut the carrots into round slices, tear the cauliflowers into separate pieces. Tear the celery.
Salt all the ingredients with 1/2 cup salt and leave to sit for 4 hours. Then drain them, you'll be adding the water to the marinade.
Pour the vinegar, oil, sugar, aspirin, remaining 1/2 cup salt and water in a pot on the stove to boil. Fill the jars with the vegetables in the meantime.
Wait for the marinade to cool completely and pour it on. Store in a cool area.
