How to cook
Put the water to boil. To it add the chopped into pieces cured meat and leave to boil about 10 min.
In the meantime beat the eggs with the flour and yoghurt and pour in a bit of the broth.
Boil this thickening agent 5 min. and add it to the boiling water. After 5 more min. remove from the stove.
Braise the paprika in the oil and add it to the soup. That's it - quick, easy, cheaper than tripe but just as tasty!
