Wash the apples, remove the stems and any rotten parts. Cut into small pieces, put in suitable container.
Make a syrup of the water and sugar on the stove until the latter dissolves, pour it over the apples. Stir and place a gauze on top so they can breathe.
Leave for about 1 month, stir every day. Then strain and distribute into glass bottles.
Leave for about another 1 month for residue to form. Strain again and distribute into glass bottles.
Store in a cool and dark area.
