Wash the prepared veal meat, put it to boil for 30 min. in salted water along with the bay leaf and a little black pepper. Once you take it out leave it to cool and cut into 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick slices.
Sprinkle generously with spices and pour in the wine. Put the dish in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven and bake till fully ready.
