How to cook
Heat the olive oil and place the chopped onions to fry in a pan on high, until lightly tanned. Then add the sliced garlic, and the cleaned and cut into cubes peppers and carrots.
Allow the vegetables to sauté until soft and add the bulgur. Mix well and add the red pepper paste. Then stir a little more, add some more water and let the bulgur stew until ready.
Once swelled, add spices and stir again. Put a lid on to smother and serve the bulgur with vegetables in bowls, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
