How to cook
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large frying pan and fry the onions. Add the bulgur and cook, stirring.
Add the mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the broth. Let the meat cook on low stove heat for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
The bulgur with mushrooms needs to be left to cook in just fat. Add oregano and serve.
