How to cook
Tear the broccoli into florets, dip them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then pour icy water over them.
Heat a little oil in a baking dish and braise the roundly sliced carrots in it. Once slightly softened, remove from the heat and mix in the broccoli, corn, baby corn and sliced red pepper.
Season with salt and curry to taste, distribute a few small lumps of butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Put them to bake to a nice tan in a preheated moderate oven.
