How to cook
Cut the green onions and sauté them in 100% pure olive oil. Add the fresh mushrooms to the sauteed onions and saute until the mushrooms soften. Tear the broccoli into pieces and add them to the mixture also.
After 10 minutes remove from the heat and let it rest. Make a sauce from the juice of 2 lemons, 4/5 cup (200 ml) extra virgin olive oil and fresh (or dried) basil to taste.
Add the sauce to the stewed dish and salt it.
