Sift flour in a pan and make a well in the middle. Add the crumbled cheese, egg, oil, salt and yogurt, in which you have previously dissolved soda. Knead soft dough, add the remaining flour gradually.
Finally grate 3.5 oz (100) g cheese on a grater. Gently knead in the flour and sprinkle a bit, repeat. Allow the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200 °C) and grease a tray.
Shape the dough into balls the size of a meatball and put them some distance off from each other in the tray because it will increase their volume.
Sprinkle each ball with grated cheese and sesame seeds, if desired. Put to bake at 374°F (190°C) until ready.
