Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 53 oz (1500 g)
  • flour - 5 tbsp (40 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • broth
  • sugar
  • salt

How to cook

Pour the washed and chopped tomatoes in the broth (or water), boil them well pressed.

Make a roux of butter and flour, dilute with broth and boil for some time. Add the pressed tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, salt and boil some more.

This soup can be prepared with tomato puree.
