Ingredients

  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 ml.)
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g) soft
  • yogurt - 2/5 cup (100 ml.)
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • baking powder
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • berries - 1 2/3 cups (400 g) (blackberries, raspberries, cherries etc.)
  • sugar - 1/5 cup (70 ml.)

How to cook

Beat the butter and sugar. Add the egg and yogurt. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.

Beat everything well with a mixer. Pour the batter into a baking tin (9 1/2″ (24 cm)). Top with the berries and sprinkle with sugar.

If using frozen berries, do not thaw them before baking (sprinkle them with a little starch). In a preheated oven, bake at 390°F (200 °C) for approximately 25 minutes.
