  • biscotti - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • peach puree
  • sugar syrup - runny
  • egg - 2 whites
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons


Arrange half the biscotti in a bowl after dipping them briefly in a runny sugar syrup. Cover them with peach puree and arrange the remaining biscotti on top, which you've also dipped in the syrup.

Cover with the beaten to snow whites and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Similarly, you can prepare it with mashed apricots, apples and more.
