How to cook
Sift the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the middle and pour in the egg, gently beaten with the crystal sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the butter and knead a smooth dough.
Cover dough with foil and allow to rest for 1-2 hours in a cool place. Divide the dough into balls, shape each into an elongated strip, then cut into equal-sized pieces. Shape the pieces into balls the size of walnuts and arrange into small cupcakes or on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Stick a 1/4 or 1/2 of a walnut in each cookie. Put to bake in a preheated 338°F (170 °C) oven until they gain a nice tan.
