How to cook

Puff pastry is thawed in the refrigerator. Remove, unroll and cut it into squares with sides of 6 cm. Each square is cut with a sharp knife across. The cut corners are glued on the opposite side with a little cold water. Place them a distance from each other in a covered with baking paper tray and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200° C). When they rise, remove from the oven and the middle part’s edges are pressed using a small spoon.

Put them back to bake. When they blush well, remove and if needed, pressed halfway, to get a cup. Leave to cool. Mayonnaise is mixed with the cream, mustard and fresh chopped onions.

Add chopped ham, cheese, chopped olives and pickles. If need be, top with lemon juice, pepper and salt. The bushels are filled with the resulting filling and sprinkled with chopped parsley. The ready bushels can be sprinkled with finely grated cheese and cucumber slices.
