Ingredients

  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • yeast - 2, dry
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • oil

How to cook

Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt and sugar. While stirring constantly, pour in the flour, which you've mixed with the yeast.

You'll end up with a not-too-thick dough; let it rise. With a spoon, scoop some of the risen dough and fry it in hot oil.

Remove onto paper to drain and pour jam or honey on it.
