- flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
- eggs - 2
- yeast - 2, dry
- milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 tsp
You'll end up with a not-too-thick dough; let it rise. With a spoon, scoop some of the risen dough and fry it in hot oil.
Remove onto paper to drain and pour jam or honey on it.
