Boil the rice in 2 cups water.
Fry the eggs in a pan with oil after beating them with a fork.
Chop the chicken breasts into strips, fry them in another pan with oil.
Add the boiled and strained rice.
Add the frozen vegetables, soy sauce and finally the fried eggs.
Stir the dish well and serve it sprinkled with parsley or finely chopped onions.
