How to cook
Pour 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L) water in a suitable pot and put it to boil. Add the pork offal, milk and leave to boil about 5 min.
Season with salt, add the paprika and black pepper. Boil another 10 min.
Peel and chop the garlic very finely. Add it to the vinegar.
Serve the prepared soup with vinegar, garlic and chili peppers.
