Remove the skins of the tomato, chop it finely, add the peas to the pot as well.
Pour in about 8 1/3 cups (2 L) water, add the oil and put on the stove. Once the veggies are semi-boiled, add the turkey meat, torn into fine pieces, boil another 10-15 min. and add the vermicelli and spices.
Once the vermicelli is ready, remove the soup from the stove.
