"It`s never too late or too early to make fritters with milk but it is a sin to eat them alone"

Ingredients

  • milk - 1 cup
  • yeast - 1/3 cube
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - enough to make a thick batter

How to cook

Dissolve yeast in a little warm milk. Mix it with the eggs, salt, sugar and start adding flour until the dough thickens.

Allow it to rise. Heat oil for frying the fritters, spoon and drop the fritters in to fry.
