Put the lard in a pot and leave it to melt. In the meantime prepare the rest of the ingredients. Peel and finely chop the onions.
Peel and dice the carrots. Clean the peppers, wash and dice them.
Put them in the heated lard. They need to braise well before adding the mince.
In the meantime peel, wash and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
Add the mince to the vegetables, leave it to braise 3-4 min., pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) water to obtain a sludge and prevent lumps.
Stir from time to time during cooking to prevent burning. Cook until the potatoes are fully ready.
