Cut the meat into large bites, the onions into slices, the garlic and carrots into round slices, the potatoes into large pieces, the mushrooms into strips.
Put oil at the bottom of a clay pot, arrange a layer of vegetables, layer of meat and keep alternating until out of products.
Finally pour in the wine, oil and water. Cover with the lid. Bake the dish about 4 hours in the oven on low. Enjoy!
