Ingredients

  • eggs - 1
  • yogurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - 1 cup warm
  • yeast - 1 (cube or dry)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - as needed for a soft dough

Preparation

First mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar, stir well and leave to rest for 10-15 min.

Separately, mix the yoghurt with the baking soda, egg and salt.

Now mix all the ingredients together, knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise for 1-2 hours in a bowl, covered with a towel or plastic wrap, at room temperature.
