  • flour - 4 1/5 cups (1 kg)
  • water - 3 cups (700 ml) cool
  • yeast - 2 packets dry
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying
  • milk - for dipping the spoon


From all the products, knead a dough, which needs to be thicker than cake batter. Allow to rise for about an hour or more in a warm area.
