How to cook
Knead a dough from the ingredients for it. Divide it into balls and leave to rise.
Then roll them out into sheets and place some of the prepared stuffing (beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, yoghurt and baking soda) on top.
Lay the sheets on top of one another. Don't put stuffing on the topmost sheet, sprinkle the top with a little oil. Once it's baked, pour on the beaten egg and carbonated water.
