Peel the potatoes and wash them. Dice them coarsely and place in the tray you've prepared for baking them.
Bake in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven about 60 min. with the fan on, stir them halfway through baking.
Then add the dill and cream and bake another 20 min. at 356°F (180 °C).
