Ingredients

  • nettle - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 4 tablespoons
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • salt
  • paprika

Preparation

Boil the nettle in salted water.

Take it out and chop it.

In a pan braise the flour, add the nettle, paprika and pour in a little of the boiled water, all while stirring nonstop.
