Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • cabbages - 9 lb (4 kg)
  • green tomatoes - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • carrots - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • bell peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • bay leaf - 8
  • pepper - 1 packet
  • wine vinegar - 3 cups (700 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 cup

How to make

Cut the vegetables and sprinkle them with salt, oil and sugar. Add all the spices.

Leave the mixture to rest for one night and fill it tightly into jars. Close and boil for 15 minutes.
