"You might think it`s a fish like any other but you`d be wrong - this a fried Miller’s White Fish that`ll have you licking your fingers clean."

Ingredients

  • hake - 6.4 oz (180 g)
  • flour - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • potatoes - 2.1 oz (60 g) (boiled or steamed for 20 minutes)

How to cook

The clean, well-salted fish is mixed with flour and fried in oil. Put it to fry in a pan for serving, splashed with lemon juice and sprinkled with lots of parsley.
