White Fish with Mushrooms

  • white fish - 21 oz (600 g)
  • mushrooms - 3 oz (80 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • lemon juice
  • dill
  • salt


Salt the fish, make small holes, put small pieces of sliced mushrooms in them. Place several pieces of butter in the bottom of a baking dish, arrange the fish on it and add several lumps of butter again.

Bake until tender, occasionally basting with water. Remove the fish. Add the cream, finely chopped dill, lemon juice and salt to the sauce.

Boil and pour into a gravy bowl.
