  • sugar - 4 1/5 cups (1 kg)
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • lemons - 1


Water and sugar are boiled over low heat until a drop of syrup does not spill, when taken and poured into cold water. Before removing from heat, add lemon juice.

The resulting mixture is placed in a large bowl and mixed in one direction until it curdles and gets white and homogenous.

If within 30 minutes, it does not turn white, warm up again, while stirring. Store in refrigerator.
