  • lamb legs - 10 to 12
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

Clean, wash and place the lamb legs in a clay pot. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and a put on a lid with a hole.

Seal lid with dough and leave the pot on low heat. After they come to a boil, arrange on a plate, sprinkle them with paprika and pour on the melted butter.
