  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • yeast - 1 packet dry
  • water - 1 tea cup hot
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to cook

Dissolve the yeast in some water and sugar. Once activated, add it to the sifted flour with remaining water, salt and egg. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise.

Tear from pieces off, which are then formed into a wick and wrapped into small pretzels. Allow to rise again. Preheat plenty of water on the stove in a large saucepan.

Drop them into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then arrange them in a greased baking dish, put them in to bake until browned in a moderately hot oven.
