How to cook

Put the rice to boil with the vegetable broth. Cut all the vegetables into maximally small pieces and fry them in preheated oil, starting with the onions.

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and chopped parsley. With this mixture, fill the bells and arrange in a deep pot next to each other.

Saute the stuffed bell peppers with oil and a little water until tender.
