Ingredients

  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • lemons - 1/2 cup (120 ml) lemon juice
  • basil - 1 bunch
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) crushed

How to cook

Boil the spaghetti and drain it. Mash the basil into a smooth pesto with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and walnuts.

Stir the pesto with cream and yogurt. Add the entire sauce to the pasta and mix it well.
