Ingredients

  • pumpkins - 2 lb (1 kg), peeled and cut into chunks
  • potatoes - 4 - 5 pieces, peeled and diced
  • carrots - 1 - 2
  • onions - 1 head, sliced
  • curry sauce - 1 tablespoon red
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • curry - 1 tsp dry
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) coconut
  • green beans - 9 oz (250 g)
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Heat the oil, put the onions and grated carrots in it to braise. After a little while, add the pumpkin. 5 minutes later, add the potato cubes, curry sauce and cook for 1 more minute, then pour in the tomato paste.

Beat the cream with 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of boiling water and pour it into the pan. Once it comes to a boil, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cleaned green beans and simmer for 10-15 minutes with the curry powder and turmeric.find similar recipes here
