Ingredients

  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • juice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) freshly squeezed from fruit
  • wheat germ - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • flaxseed

Preparation

Mix the yogurt, fresh fruit juice, wheat germ and flour in a blender. Add a pinch of cinnamon and blend until homogeneous.

Pour into two tall glasses, garnish with fruit slices and serve.

The cocktail with wheat germ is very useful for digestive problems, physical and mental fatigue.
