Ingredients

  • tomato sauce - 3 cups
  • carrots - a few pieces for 1 cup
  • beetroots - 1 cup juice
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ice
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch

Preparation

The carrots and beetroot with a sprig of celery must run in a juicer separately, in order to get 2 cups of fresh vegetable juice.

Combine the carrot juice and beetroot juice with tomato juice in a large jug or bowl, in which you put ice. Stir for 1-2 minutes with a little salt and pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Serve with a celery stalk, or a straw.
