Tomato Vitamin Cocktail
- tomato sauce - 3 cups
- carrots - a few pieces for 1 cup
- beetroots - 1 cup juice
- celery - 1 stalk
- black pepper
- nutmeg - 1 pinch
The carrots and beetroot with a sprig of celery must run in a juicer separately, in order to get 2 cups of fresh vegetable juice.
Combine the carrot juice and beetroot juice with tomato juice in a large jug or bowl, in which you put ice. Stir for 1-2 minutes with a little salt and pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Serve with a celery stalk, or a straw.
