  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) to 11 oz (300 g) smoked
  • wine - 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) dry white
  • olive oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml) or 1 packet of butter
  • white pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt


The smoked cheese is cut into slices. In a pan put oil, salt if desired and sliced cheese. Make white wine and put it on the stove.

Stir the sauce over low heat until you get a homogeneous, smooth mixture. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with white pepper. The sauce is suitable to top various steaks.
