Ingredients

  • fish fillet - 2.2 lb (1 kg) fillet
  • mushrooms - 17.64 oz (500 g)
  • nuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • parsley - 1/2 connection
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lemons - 1.
  • lettuce - 1.black pepper

Preparation

The fillet is formed into a schnitzel, which is slightly beaten. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

The onions, mushrooms, walnuts, and parsley are smothered in butter. The sauteed and slightly cooled mixture is spread over the fillets, roll them upand push a wooden skewer through them.

These fish rolls are coated with oil and baked in the oven.
