  • pork steaks - 4, from the neck
  • beer - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemons - for garnish


Tenderize the pork and put it in a plastic bag. Rub them with salt and pepper, then put the steaks in an oven dish.

Pour in beer and add the chopped onion. Cover the oven dish and put it in the fridge for 2 hours for the meat to season. Heat the grill and rub the elements with half an onion head stuck to a fork.

The grill needs to be well-heated. Grill the steaks on both sides until ready.
