Ingredients

  • veal - 42 oz (1200 g) thinly sliced
  • carrots - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • celery - 3 stalks chopped
  • onions - 2 heads
  • broth - beef 1/2 tsp
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp

Preparation

Fry the beef slices in a little oil. Cleaned carrots are cut into rings, onions are also cut thin slices, with the celery. They are also fried.

Combine them and make beef broth. Cook until the meat is softened. Finally, the beef with carrots is flavored with spices and transferred to a baking dish.

Bake in a moderate oven until the liquid is evaporated.
