How to cook

Cut thin beef steaks and beat them, lightly salt them nicely and sprinkle them with pepper. Dip each steak in the egg, toast and fry it.

On each fried steak, put 1/2 tsp oil. Separately fry the sliced onions with 1/2-1 tsp flour. Serve the fried onions as a side dish to the steak.
