Ingredients

  • beef cutlets - 4 leg cutlets
  • bacon - 2 oz (50 g)
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • paprika
  • salt

Preparation

Spike and salt the beef cutlets. Slice the mushrooms.

Fry the finely chopped onions with mushrooms in oil until yellow, then add the meat, fry on both sides, sprinkle red pepper, ad water and stew until soft.

Before serving the meat, add the boiling cream and meat. Serve with steamed rice.
